The Missing Link to the Trauma Recovery

Hello friends! I hope that each of you are doing well. Today's blog post is an announcement and educational content, especially for those who want to coach with me and those have been following me on my YouTube channel. After 12 years of being a YouTube creator, I have intentionally stepped away from my YouTube channel. As most of you have noticed, I haven't created any new videos for the past few months. There is a much higher purpose for this. I'm in an awesome new chapter of life in which my time, energy, resources, and attention are being directed onto this lovely new path. Currently, I am back in school with the motive to upgrade my professional skills, tools, and strategies. It's a beautiful step forward in my life. It fills me with excitement, peace, and joy! As a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, author, speaker, YouTuber, and trauma survivor, the past five years have been incredibly eye-opening. I see things in a new light. I guarantee, the more I do my own inner healing work, the more I change in such a positive way. My perception, beliefs, and perspectives have significantly changed as I step into who I am today.

The Missing Link to the Trauma Recovery

Coaching and "talk therapy" can only go so far. While there is a time and place for both, they are not a "cure all." They are only a piece of the pie. There are many other vital factors involved with the trauma recovery process, which has led me onto this enlightening path. This goes well beyond talk therapy and basic trauma recovery coaching. Doing energy work and inner trauma recovery work with your subconscious mind takes healing to a whole new level. It is a game changer! This is where amazing things unfold. When you awaken to the truth. When you find the courage to look within to seek "real" answers and solutions. When you bravely take action and experience a new conscious reality. To shift your life in a positive new direction, you must powerfully shift your subconscious mind. This involves your thoughts, beliefs, words you silently think, what you speak, your programming, and your outworn patterns that don't resonate with you today. You are either growing or stagnant. It really is that simple. The goal for the trauma recovery is to get unstuck. To release unhealthy, negative blocks. In a nutshell, trauma is trapped energy. It is stored inside of your body, brain, and every cell. This is related to cellular memory and epigenetics. Trauma can cause a disconnection to yourself. Some abuse survivors may automatically dissociate during a traumatic event. Your brain is trying to protect you. This is a common and normal trauma response. (Fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response.)

The missing link to the trauma recovery and/or anything else that prevents you to live the highest quality of life is energy healing and the subconscious mind.

Remember that everything is energy, including you and me. Your own energy, other people's energies, and any potential negative energies trapped inside of you. Oftentimes, the negative energy shows up as chronic pain, anxiety, depression, brain fog, fatigue, a victim mindset, exhaustion, confusion, medical conditions, and negative emotional baggage. You cannot fully heal if you have a victim mindset, unhealthy destructive behaviors, bitterness, hatefulness, or if you are mentally spinning out of control. It is unproductive. It will not benefit you, your health, your mind, nor your future self. Therefore, it is essential to tap into the energies around you. The people, places, and things on every dimension, including the spiritual realm. To build awareness. To consciously come back into your body, mind, and soul. To reconnect to yourself: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. To intentionally shift your perceptions and beliefs. To learn how to ground yourself. To reclaim your own energy, personal power, and peace of mind. To be willing to self-reflect, and to take personal ownership and responsibility for your own life.

If you want awesome improvements in your life, health, relationships, finances, and career, it requires you to do something new. Why? Because if you continue to do the same old thing, you will get the same old results, which haven't been successful for you. Are you open and willing to try something different? Are you willing to do the inner work?

Presently, I am still actively working as a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach. I am very grateful for each of my clients and those who have included me in their healing journey. It is an honor and humbling experience. After I complete my professional training in early 2023, I will share my new services on my website. I may return to my YouTube channel in the springtime with brand new topics and educational videos. I am trusting my gut instincts and intuition about this. In the meanwhile, I am sending each of you love and light. There is hope for healing from abuse and trauma. 💗

Beautiful, Healing Affirmations: Just for today, I will not worry. Just for today, I will not be angry. Just for today, I will be grateful for my many blessings. Just for today, I will do my work honestly. Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.
