Important Announcement: Digital Detox & Self-Care

As of today, Monday, January 10, 2022, I will be taking an extended break from blogging and from my YouTube channel. After such a busy 2021 and holiday season, I am taking time to: Regroup, refocus, recharge, reflect, and just breath.
As a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, advocate, author, speaker, and YouTuber, I've come to learn how important it is for me to step away from social media from time to time. Self-care is essential. This is even more vital for those who work with abuse survivors because trauma is extremely stressful and heavy.
As the saying goes, when we take time to replenish our spirit, it allows us to serve others from the overflow. We cannot serve from an empty vessel.
I will be on my break from my blog and YouTube channel for at least one month. During this time, I will not be responding to my website messages or YouTube comments, unless the inquiries are an important matter. Thank you in advance for respecting my professional and personal boundaries. There is only one of me and thousands upon thousands of comments on YouTube, plus countless inquiries on my website. Please remember that I do offer FREE educational content on my blog and on my YouTube channel, which I don't receive compensation for my time, knowledge, education, wisdom, and energy.
As of today, I have no slots open for Certified Trauma Recovery Coaching for January 2022. If you want to be placed on the waiting list, you may write your request via the chat button. “Self-care is never a selfish act - it is simply good stewardship of the only gift I have, the gift I was put on earth to offer others. Anytime we can listen to true self and give the care it requires, we do it not only for ourselves, but for the many others whose lives we touch.”

I thank you for your ongoing kindness, prayers, and support. I wish all of you the best in 2022. Remember to carve out time for yourself, your peace of mind, and your healing journey. Warmly,
Dana
