IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Digital Detox for Self-Care

Starting on September 5th to 10th, 2021, I’m starting a digital detox. I've planned this for over eight months. My internet break will last for one week.
My soul is calling me to refuel, reflect, and offer myself sacred space to be still. To take a break to focus on self-care to replenish my soul. This is important to me, especially after working so diligently to complete my education to become a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach. Ironically, in school, we covered the topic of how vital our self-care is, especially as trauma survivors and trauma coaches.
For this little break, I will not be approving or responding to new comments on YouTube, I won't be answering messages, nor replying to email messages, including on my website. This special retreat is to intentionally step away from regular life in effort to increase my own quality of life; body, mind, and soul.
I so need this break and I’m ready for it. Remember: Self-care is essential to our health and healing journey. We cannot serve from an empty vessel. ☮️ 💚🦋 If you have questions, please contact me before September 5th. Thank you in advance.
