After Narcissistic Abuse, Beware of other Toxic Relationships

If you've suffered narcissistic abuse, it's important to build awareness of other toxic relationships. This includes with your friends, neighbors, co-workers, family, spouse, ex-spouse, intimate partners, and online friends.

Oftentimes, abuse survivors can find themselves in patterns of repeated toxic dynamics. They may end up going from one abusive relationship to the next one. Learn the warning signs and set boundaries.
