I am an imperfect, yet brave warrior. I survived five decades of intense childhood and adult types of abuse. My soul mission is to bring hope, peace, compassion, and healing to our world. One trauma survivor at a time.

As a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach and Certified Master Energy Practitioner, I work with women and men. I provide my clients with voice and choice in their trauma recovery. This means they are seen, heard, validated, and their boundaries respected. I offer nonjudgmental emotional support to each client. 

Dear Survivor, you are not alone in your trauma recovery. You are so worthy of processing your past abuse and traumatic events in a nonjudgmental way. I am a passionate person who is also a trauma survivor. I have a BIG heart for survivors. 

Starting in May 2023, I have expanded my coaching specialties to include cancer survivors, burn survivors, caregivers, and those who are trying to manage an autoimmune disorder. I have over 20 years' experience working with those specialties

In statistics, between 70% to 90% of our worldwide population has experienced at least one traumatic event. Trauma is trapped negative energy, emotions, and old baggage. Trapped emotions are negative energies that we still carry around from past events, traumas, and abuse. Trapped emotions and negative energy can cause a variety of symptoms. They can block people from finding true love, joy, and make them feel disconnected. There is hope for releasing trapped trauma and to live out your beautiful life purpose.

A lotus flower is a metaphor for trauma recovery. The lotus flower symbolizes inner strength, purity, spiritual awakening, and wisdom. It takes courage and strength to keep growing from the darkness and emerge into the light.

The conditions that produce the lotus flower are dark and harsh, but it never gives up. Despite the fierce opposition and darkness, the lotus flower blooms most beautifully from the deepest mud. It is a positive reminder that just like the lotus flower, you can break free from your trauma wounds to wonderfully flourish.

There is no single pathway to the trauma recovery. Instead, there are many different holistic modalities to pave the way from barely surviving to fully thriving. Similar to a garden, healing trauma requires removing the weeds in your life that keep you stuck. An old mindset. False beliefs. Toxic relationships. Physical and emotional pain that are blocking you from fully healing.

Together, we can weed out what no longer serves you, especially with energy healing to bring you into balance. With nurturing, insight, and practical tools, you can embrace your true essence, which brings you back to wholeness.

While I am not a therapist, nor do I give advice, I am more like a gentle guide, mentor, and teacher. We are equals. According to psychiatrist, researcher, educator, and author of The Body Keeps the Score, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk said, “Trauma is not just an event that took place in the past. It is also the imprint left by that experience on the mind, brain, and body.”


Trauma is stored in your body. It is linked to negative emotions and energies within your body. When you suffered trauma, your nervous system began to dysregulate in the midst of overwhelm. You didn't feel safe. You may have disconnected to yourself. You disconnected to your body, mind, and soul. You disconnected because your pain hurts badly. If you’ve experienced this, you are not alone. 

Trauma survivors may experience medical conditions, physical pain, flashbacks, triggers, emotional dysregulation, nightmares, insomnia, brain fog, memory loss, anxiety, auto-immune conditions, depression, hypervigilance, dissociation, and a variety of common reactions to trauma, such as the fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response.

Somatic embodiment and emotional regulation can bring you home to yourself. To release your negative sensations; physically and emotionally. To become more aware of your body sensations, including chronic pain, tightness of muscles, stomachaches, migraines, heart palpitations, rapid breathing, unconsciously holding your breath, maladaptive coping mechanisms, triggers, flashbacks, and being slammed with the fight, flight, freeze, and fawn response, etc.

There is a body/mind connection to trauma. Science has proven that it isn’t only in the brain. Trauma is emmeshed within the DNA; epigenetics and cellular memory. This is why recovering from trauma requires getting back into touch with yourself, your body, and your mind.


The subconscious mind is powerful! What you think, believe, speak, and your silent thoughts dramatically impact your overall quality of life. For example, if you speak negative words saying that you cannot heal, you are sending a message to your subconscious mind to not heal. Even if you are not aware or don't believe in this theory. 

Therefore, it is vital to shift your mindset, your thoughts, and start speaking words of positive affirmations out loud. To affirm that you are healthy, you are healing, you are safe, you are divinely loved, supported, and protected. To shift your beliefs about relationships, your self-worth, your boundaries, and your mindset.

What you dwell on will become your conscious reality. Consider it like a garden. What are you feeding your mind? Stink'n think'n with negativity and pessimistic words? Or are you feeding your mind goodness, kindness, compassion, love, wholeness, empathy, and hope?

Despite the unspeakable things that you have suffered, there is always hope for healing, happiness, and peace of mind. Healing your trauma means that you reconnect to yourself; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We will take a deep dive into your belief system, perception, and determine what is no longer serving you and your highest good.

Discovery Call Purpose: For a potential client to get acquainted with me and vice versa. The goal is to determine if we are an ideal match to work together. 




A Discovery Call Isn't: A 30 minute Discovery Call is not a time to rehash your past abuse. It is not meant for discussing graphic details about your trauma. It is not intended for lengthy conversations about your abuse story, your toxic relationships, your mental health, nor is it meant to unpack your trauma. A Discovery Call is not for asking me for advice; personal, legal, nor medical advice. I am not a consultant, nor a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, doctor, nor pharmacist. This isn't within my ethical scope of practice. Rather, I am more like your mentor, guide, and a good listener who offers you safe space.

During each of my Zoom Discovery meetings, it is my policy that each potential client is transparent in their true identity. It’s vital to create a positive, safe environment built on trust, transparency, and authenticity. Each person must reveal their true identity and who they are in by using the video and audio share button to show themselves. This way, we can both see one another. It's how I attune to clients.
