God is moving in, around, and through each of us...even as we sleep. Last night, after I went to bed I had a very frightening dream. It involved evil men taking large groups of innocent people hostage to torture and murder them.
Upon waking up, I was extremely disturbed. Fear consumed me. Instantly, I jumped out of bed to grab my bible. Without looking at the exact page, I opened it and laid it upon my bed. Then I verbally rebuked the enemy and went back to sleep.
During the night, as I rolled over and pulled my covers up to keep me warm, suddenly a page in the bible turned all by itself. I was extremely tired and went back to sleep. After rising in the morning, I took a look to see what page was opened in my bible. Pure curiosity. Yet it was NO coincidence. It landed on the page with Isaiah 41:9-10, which I had previously underlined in bright red ink.
"I took you from the ends of the earth, from its farthest corners I called you. I said, 'You are my servant'; I have chosen you and have not rejected you. So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous hand."
If you begin 2013 questioning where God is in the midst of your pain, doubt, and fear, take heart. The Lord is with you. Have courage, He will shelter you, and protect you from the enemy. His plan is to help you, heal you, and provide you FREEDOM. My sisters in Christ, let go of fear. Join me as I boldly walk in faith this new year.

As always, a great post.. I struggled last night witg fear, which I havent had in awhile so this really spoke to my heart..
